We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market and possess a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our real estate listings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including posting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and building a strong online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to develop compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in real estate digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and ROI.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies for real estate companies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
