Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 17K / month + 0.5% commission on deals closed.
Work visa + health insurance will be provided by the hiring company.

As a Lighting Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our lighting product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with our company’s vision, customer needs, and market trends. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond, making data-driven decisions to achieve market success and running presentations for potential prospects from the UK market.
1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape related to lighting products.
2. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that defines the product roadmap, target markets, pricing, and positioning.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to bring innovative lighting products from concept to production.
4. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
5. Market Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and distribution strategies.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales, revenue, and customer feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve product success.
7. Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and threats and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales teams, customers, and suppliers, to gather input and ensure alignment with product goals.
9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that lighting products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the product budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in product management, specifically within the lighting or related industry.
