Salary Package: IDR 80Million – 100Million / Month (depending on potential & experience)

About Our Client

Our client is a Jakarta-based international engineering company established in 2020, specializing in EPC construction, environmental protection, and energy-saving technology. As a branch of a Chinese firm, they focus on power plants, waste-to-energy, and industrial infrastructure. Their core business & services imply Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC): Focusing on industrial park systems, steam power plants, and Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP).

Environmental Protection: Providing waste-to-energy, sewage sludge treatment, exhaust gas treatment, and environmental remediation.

Industrial Infrastructure: Developing comprehensive energy utilization and waste management solutions.

Role Overview 

1-Lead corporate business development by identifying and securing EPC project opportunities in power, energy, and infrastructures sectors.

2-Conduct the competitor analysis market, finding other opportunities or potential collaboration projects.

3-Build and maintain strategic relationships with government, industrial park developers, and major EPC stakeholders.

4-Manage end-to-end business processes, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and project award finalization.

5-Conduct regular market, client, and competitor analysis to strengthen EPC business positioning and bidding strategies.

6-Collaborate closely with cross-functional EPC teams (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure alignment with business goals.

7-Support the tendering process

Key Requirements:

1-Requires established standing and credentials within environmental sectors (water treatment, waste-to-energy)

2-Strong industry recognition essential. Preference given to executives holding senior positions in other local companies.

3-15-20 years’ experience in EPC, energy, power or related industries.

4-Proven track record in strategic business development and successful project acquisition.

5-Strong network with industry leaders, government authorities, and key decision makers.

6-Deep understanding of project lifecycle, tendering processes, and commercial structuring.

7-Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.

8-High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

9-Flexible engagement structure (consultancy or advisory basis).

10- Being able to speak impeccably the local language (Indonesian / Malay) and English
