Working Hours: 4 hours daily from Sunday to Thursday – KSA Timing preferred

Role Overview 

We are seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented individual to manage basic financial tracking for a halal charity fundraising initiative. This role has no complex finance or accounting requirements—only simple transaction monitoring and recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate will be working closely in coordination between the commercial and the financial departments.

Key Requirements:

  • Record buyer name for each contribution
  • Process top-ups and cash-outs as needed
  • Collect and file proof of payment (screenshots, receipts, or transfer confirmations)
  • Enter basic information into the Tracker and Transaction Report Form

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills (filling out spreadsheets/online forms)
  • Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and basic formulas (graphs, pivot charts, calculations, currency conversions, Forex)
  • Honest and reliable (handles small funds with integrity)
  • Familiarity with halal charity values (preferred but not required)
  • Very good level of spoken and written English, any additional foreign language would be a distinctive advantage (i.e. French, Arabic, Turkish).

No accounting degree, financial certifications, or prior finance experience mandatory.
