Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team, to manage our own branded websites and our branded regional social media profiles for leading appliance brands.
To be a successful Social Media Manager you should be self-motivated and driven with a critical thinker and problem-solving mindset, social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions; you should have a great interpersonal and communication skills, good time-management skills, excellent multitasking skills, excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices, understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, experience with doing audience and buyer persona research, good understanding of social media KPIs, familiarity with web design and publishing.


Key Responsibilities
 Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
 Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
 Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data, and measure results.
 Plan and monitor PORTAL paid search marketing campaigns.
 Preparing and sharing analytical reports and other relevant and beneficial information.
 Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer.
 Community management of all our social media platforms.
 Optimize paid advertising campaigns using marketing and SEO strategies and measure how much they increase web traffic by using analytics tools.
 Participate in forming effective paid search strategies.
 Oversee accounts on search and social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
 Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaigns, structuring, targeting, display network, and other facts of paid search in accordance with the set goals.
 Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI.
 Track KPI to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
 Keep abreast of SEM & SMM trends.
 Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
 Handling social media platforms for our branded pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
 Content writing for all the above platforms.
 Event management when required for our brands.
 Influencer management and a high database of influencers.
 Design marketing collateral and liaise with vendors for timely production.
 Sponsored posts for all social handles with a calendar of all the posts.
 Budgeting of sponsored posts on Instagram and Facebook Strategic planning of all our brand campaigns.
 Tracking performance on the backend for Social Channels Develop the annual marketing plan in line with the principal’s strategy and execute the activities to ensure a successful impact on the bottom line.
 Strategize with partner agencies for performance marketing to achieve monthly/yearly goals.
 Prepare monthly content calendar with the captions and be responsible for timely posts.
 Prepare post-marketing activity analysis reports to evaluate the ROI.
 Explore potential brand awareness opportunities.


Key Requirements
 Minimum 2 years experience in digital and social media environments.
 A forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
 Knowledge of regional small domestic appliances industry and its brands would be an advantage
 Exceptional time management skills, ability to organize, prioritize
 Ability to influence and interact with senior management
 Ability to interact and manage micro and macro influencers
 Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
 Expert Knowledge in digital and social media marketing.
 Great verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus.
 Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
 Actively listens and participates within a team environment.
 Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs.
