Senior Product Manager – PropTech (Construction / Real Estate) Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
Signature Network is recruiting for one of its clients one Senior Product Manager (s) for the UAE market.
Note: this is an on-site job, therefore remote work will not be accepted.
Our client is a renowned Real Estate company specialized in Interior Design, Home-Staging, Property Management (Residential), Renovation & Repair to new and / or existing VIP customers for the Dubai market.
Salary Range: 28K AED -30K AED/ month based on experience.
Trial Period: 6 months
Work type: Full-time
Work visa and health insurance will be provided by the employer.
Candidate must have valid UAE driving license and a car.

Overview / Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company, the role will involve, but not restricted to: Be responsible of the launch of a brand-new Real Estate mobile application destined the UAE market.
Work closely with Sales Team to generate leads and close deals.
Pilot the 360 Marketing Strategy (Sales, Communication, Marketing and PR) of the pre-launch, launch and post-launch of the App.
Put in place solid KPI’s and monitoring tools (geolocations, number of downloads, user managements etc.) and defining relevant targets.
Manage a Media budget dedicated to spreading the awareness of the App for targeted audience.
Approach and develop portfolio of B2B prospects to sell the white-labeled version of the App.
Work in close ties with the co-founders to put in place an elaborate business plan and pitch deck proper to the mobile App to prepare a fund-raising campaign to attract business angels and VC’s.
Work closely with the IT Team to track App updates, batches, versioning and CRM integrations.
Get in touch with industry-related communities offline and online to build not only a buzz but long-term business relationships and partnerships.
Skills / Qualifications bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communication or PR would be preferrable.
5 years’ experience in B2B, B2B2C and B2C Marketing
Experience dealing with Media Agencies
Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, or Hospitality is preferred.
Rock-solid understanding of Social Media channels, mechanism, principles and trends
Perfect fluent in English, any additional language would be appreciated.
Experience dealing with multi-million dollars projects and managing a substantial marketing budget.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Products Launch is mandatory, priority will be given to mobile.

Knowledge in Data Privacy, Privacy Policy related to Tech is preferred.
Knowledge and experience about startup-fundraising would be a distinctive advantage.
Experience in Team Management
Excellent attention to detail is key to the role.
Must be based in Dubai.
