Real Estate Sales Agent, Dubai, UAE
Number of Sales Agent needed to be recruited: 2
Our client is a renowned French Real Estate company specialized in Interior Design, Home-Staging, Property Management (Residential), Renovation & Repair to new and / or existing VIP customers for the Dubai market.
Requirements:
Professional English & is mandatory. Arabic, French or any other foreign language would be a great plus. Candidate must be very well-spoken.
2 (two) years’ experience in the Dubai market would be a distinctive asset.
Clear criminal record / history
Age to be eligible: 25-45 years old
Listening to prospects customer is key. Self-driven, passionate, respect the confidentiality / privacy and extremely meticulous with the paperwork processing to avoid mistakes.
Target / Commission Programme:
Tier-Leveled commission based in target defined by the company.
Broker Commission Structure (off gross commission):
– 50% starting and on any lead the company gives you from marketing campaigns
– 55%* above 150.000 AED
– 60%* above 250.000 AED
– 65%* above 300.000AED
– Last but not least 70%* above 500.000 AED
*: Out of the 2-4% com agency commission
This full time position will get you reporting to the as Director of Sales.
Our client will be offering you a commission program as mentioned above. Selected candidate(s) will also benefit from a Broker Visa, Medical insurance plan in line with law, RERA Broker Card, Computer Station, Corporate mobile & SIM card.
Should master the city and locations.
Valid UAE driving license
Responsibilities but not restricted to: Sell and Manage projects related to Interior Design, Properties (Real Estate), Renovation & Repair to new and / or existing VIP customers for the Dubai market.
Job Description:
Expenses not re-imbursed unless meeting based on client requests.
A full Training program will be provided to new agents as onboarding induction
6 months trial period – 2 years extendable
Holidays: 5 weeks / an (July -Aug, Eid breaks and Xmas)
