Salary: AED 10K / month based on experience.

Position Overview:

As a Personal Assistant based in Dubai, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive team. You will provide administrative and organizational support, enabling our leaders to focus on driving our lighting business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
2. Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
3. Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential documents, files, and records. Ensure that important documents are easily accessible and well-organized.
4. Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective decision-making and task execution.
5. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure smooth travel experiences for executives.
6. Event Assistance: Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and business meetings as needed.
7. Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
8. Task Prioritization: Help executives prioritize tasks and manage their time efficiently, ensuring they meet their objectives.
9. Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the executive team.
10. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.


– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in the lighting or related industry.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
– Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
– Familiarity with Dubai’s business culture and protocols.
