Our client is looking to hire a full-time in-house Female Salon & Spa Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Salary: 5K- 6K AED /month + commissions (20 AED per newly onboarded customer) + 2 complementary spa treatments per month (up to the candidate’s choice)

Job Description:
Position Overview:
As the Beauty Salon & Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing our boutique section, curating a collection of premium beauty products, accessories, and exclusive merchandise. You will lead a team of sales associates, maintain inventory, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of customer service to enhance our clients’ overall salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Salon & Spa Operations:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique section, ensuring a visually appealing and organized display of products.
– Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for merchandise as needed.
– Implement effective visual merchandising techniques to showcase products attractively and optimize sales.

2. Sales and Customer Service:
– Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
– Assist clients in product selection, provide expert advice, and create a personalized shopping experience.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Product Knowledge:
– Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, skincare products, and accessories in the market.
– Provide in-depth product knowledge to the sales team and clients, highlighting features, benefits, and usage.

4. Marketing and Promotions:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns.
– Develop strategies to upsell products and maximize revenue opportunities.

5. Team Management:
– Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
– Conduct regular training sessions for sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to the management team.
– Recommend strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize inventory levels.

– Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or similar role in the beauty or fashion industry.
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Exceptional customer service orientation and sales acumen.
– Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and accessories.
– Ability to analyze sales data and strategize to achieve sales targets.
– Proficiency in inventory management and retail software.
