Salary: 3,5K AED /month + + commissions (20 AED per newly onboarded customer) + 2 complementary spa treatments per month (up to the candidate’s choice)

Position Overview:
As a Female Manicure/Pedicure Therapist at, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients. You will be responsible for providing professional and relaxing manicure and pedicure services, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall ambiance and reputation of their salon.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manicure and Pedicure Services:
– Perform manicure and pedicure services including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, moisturizing, and polish application.
– Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques to offer diverse and creative nail designs.
– Provide gel and acrylic nail services as per client preferences.
2. Client Consultation:
– Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their nail care needs, preferences, and any specific concerns.
– Recommend appropriate nail treatments and products based on individual client requirements.
3. Hygiene and Safety:
– Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area.
– Maintain a clean and organized nail station, disposing of materials properly and sterilizing tools after each use.
4. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about various nail care products, polishes, gels, and accessories.
– Educate clients on nail care techniques and recommend suitable products for home maintenance.
5. Professionalism and Customer Service:
– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied throughout the treatment.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and positive referrals.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Manicure/Pedicure Therapist, preferably in a high-end salon or spa.
– Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, nail art, and trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in nail services.
– Valid certification or license in nail technology.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
