Salary: 4K- 5K AED /month + + commissions (20 AED per newly onboarded customer) + 2 complementary spa treatments per month (up to the candidate’s choice)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Female Hairdresser to work in our upscale beauty salon in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent hairstyling skills, creativity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The Hairdresser will be responsible for providing a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of our female clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hair Services:
– Perform a wide range of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and incorporate them into your work.
– Consult with clients to understand their hairstyling preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles based on their face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle
2. Client Satisfaction:
– Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
– Address client concerns and inquiries professionally and effectively.
3. Hygiene and Safety:
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, tools, and equipment.
– Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety protocols.
4. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about the salon’s products, including haircare and styling products, and effectively recommend them to clients (Keratin, Olaplex, hair color, haircutting styles etc.).
– Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products to maintain their hairstyles between salon visits.
5. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate effectively with other team members, including stylists, aestheticians, and receptionists, to provide seamless and integrated services to clients.
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Hairdresser, preferably in a high-end salon environment.
– Excellent knowledge of hairstyling techniques, hair types, and trends.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Valid hairstylist license from a recognized institution.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
