Salary: 3,5K AED /month + commissions (20 AED per newly onboarded customer) + 2 complementary spa treatments per month (up to the candidate’s choice)

Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Female Eyelash and Eyebrows Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eyelash and eyebrow services, enhancing the overall beauty and confidence of our clients. You will provide expert advice, create customized looks, and ensure a comfortable and satisfying experience for every client. Your creativity and precision will contribute to our salon’s reputation for delivering high-quality, personalized services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Eyelash Extensions:
– Apply a variety of eyelash extensions, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, tailored to individual client preferences.
– Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ desired looks, eye shapes, and lifestyles.
– Ensure proper application techniques, adhesive selection, and aftercare instructions.
2. Eyebrow Services:
– Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, tinting, and microblading services, creating natural and well-defined brows.
– Customize eyebrow shapes to complement clients’ facial features and enhance their overall appearance.
– Provide expert advice on eyebrow maintenance and products for at-home care.
3. Client Consultation and Comfort:
– Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences, concerns, and expectations.
– Create a comfortable and relaxing environment, ensuring clients feel at ease during their appointments.
– Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and with expert knowledge.
4. Hygiene and Safety:
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, tools, and equipment.
– Adhere to salon policies and industry regulations regarding sanitation and safety protocols.
– Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment after each client.
5. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about the latest eyelash and eyebrow products, tools, and techniques in the beauty industry.
– Recommend suitable products for clients’ aftercare and at-home maintenance.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Eyelash and Eyebrows Specialist, preferably in a high-end salon or spa.
– Expertise in eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and microblading techniques.
– Strong attention to detail and precision in all services provided.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Valid certification or license in esthetics or cosmetology.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed
