We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for our client. 

Based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Our client is a leading company specialising in large-scale industrial packing and carpentry grand works for the B2B industry throughout the Gulf region.

 

Job Purpose:

Commercial development of Industrial and Fair Events packing, complex and long-term contractual scalable businesses in packing services and solutions, Cultivating and
maintaining long-term relationships to gain and maximize sales opportunities for the packing division. To secure organic growth through existing strategic
and large accounts of our client. 

Principle Responsabilities:

1.       
Responsible for contributing to  annual targets, marketing and establishing the collaboration of Packing
division as per goals set in PMS.

2.       
Responsible for the development of new large-scale and contractual clients to cater to packing requirements (sectors
EPC, O&G, Drilling, Power and Renewables sectors, Trades, and events)

3.       
Manage the accounts generated and secure YoY revenue/GP growth.

4.       
Lead as Bid Owner to provide subject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizing with our client and
local pricing to develop best-in-class Technical & Commercial Solutions designed for Tenders.

5.       
Lead as a business owner in directing
and ensuring proper operational handovers to meet customer expectations.

6.       
Overview of the progress as the commercial owner of RFQs and customer implementations with new and existing customers to
ensure a deep understanding of our customer’s expectations and operational requirements are achieved.

7.       
Take full ownership as the primary contact for Escalation management and resolutions.

Conduct Monthly Business Review Meetings with clients using company’s formats. 

 

Objectives:

1.     GP Target – AED 1.8 to 2 million

2.     Secure 1 to 2 long-term large-scale contracts per year with a rev size of 2+ per annum

3.     Organic growth of client base revenues and GP by 10%

4.     Diversify the packing client portfolio by tapping into niche markets (Rig Moves/Trades and Events businesses)

Ensure DSO’s in line with credit limits set by the company and assist finance in resolving DSO issues when commercial intervention is required

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

-Possess a valid UAE Driving license

-Own a car (but not mandatory)

-Have at least one year of experience in B2B Business Development  in the GCC region
