Responsibilities:
- Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, ).
- Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related
- Optimizing organisational design to increase productivity and improve the performance of the
- Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment, talent management
- Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee
- Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural
- Implementing HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent
- Implementing Employee Engagement processes and
- Designing grievance policies and code of conduct to create comprehensive progressive discipline practice and reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and
- Bringing issues concerning employee satisfaction to the attention of the department manager and creating an action plan for
- Enforcing the development and improvement of people policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or
- Minimum of 7 years successfully managing Human Resources
- Ability to interpret labor laws and adapt to Move One business
- Demonstrated ability to define HR strategy and carry through to
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and mange conflicting priorities in a fast-paced
