Real Estate – Digital Marketing Manager

Salary is 12K-15K AED / month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing digital marketing strategies 

that align with our business goals and objectives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive brand 

awareness, generate leads, and increase sales through various digital channels.


Knowledge of Lead Generation for High Net Worth Individuals

• Prior Experience in e-Commerce

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support our business goals and objectives

• Manage and optimize our online presence across all digital channels, including our website,

social media, email marketing, and online advertising

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising

• Create and curate engaging content for our digital channels that resonates with our target audience

• Analyze and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts, providing recommendations for improvement

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of digital marketing activities with sales goals

• Manage relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and vendors

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience matches)

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preference to with a focus on real estate or High Net Worth Individuals

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing

• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities


• Passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the industry
