Role Overview
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university;
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CA is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent role
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a company with a multi-branch / multi-entity structure is highly preferred
- Proven track record in consolidating financial reports across branches or subsidiaries
- Proficient in SAP as the primary ERP system
- Strong command of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and/or IFRS
- Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate taxation
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, FP&A, and business analysis
- Experience in deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, or corporate restructuring is an advantage
- Able to lead large finance teams spread across multiple locations
- Strong communicator with the ability to present to Board-level stakeholders and investors
- Oversee and optimize the company’s P&L performance by driving financial strategies, maximizing profitability, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Formulate and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives; provide advisory to the CEO and Board on financial decisions, investments, and business expansion.
- Multi-Entity Financial Management: Consolidate financial reports from all branches and subsidiaries accurately and on time; ensure consistent application of PSAK/IFRS standards across all entities; manage cash flow, treasury, and capital structure to maintain company liquidity.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast across all entities; monitor financial performance against budget and provide actionable insights to management.
- Internal Controls & Risk Management: Build and oversee a robust internal control system across all branches; identify, analyze, and mitigate financial and operational risks; ensure compliance with taxation regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- ERP & Financial Systems: Oversee and optimize the use of SAP Business One (SAP B1) across all finance functions; drive system improvements and ensure data accuracy across entities.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Present financial reports and performance analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors; ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; lead the external audit process.
- Stakeholder & Banking Relations: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions; lead negotiations for financing facilities, credit lines, and investment arrangements.
Preferred:
- Experience working with holdings groups.
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions would be a plus.
