Urgent- IT Infrstructure & Security Manager (Real Estate, Construction & Interior Design & Home Staging), Dubai, UAE
Our client is a leading company in Real Estate and Home-Staging in Dubai.
Our client is looking to hire a full-time IT Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:
The company itself is a Dubai-based boutique Real Estate company specialized in selling and renting top-notch properties in prime location. Home-Staging, concierge services for VIP clients (athletes, artists and businesspeople of global influence)
Office working hours:
a/ Mon – Fri:
-8am – 12pm
-1pm – 6pm
b/ Two Saturdays per month from 9am – 4pm
c/ Sunday’s duties in case of urgencies could be operated remotely only when necessary
Salary range: 15k – 18K AED / Month based on the experience.
Health insurance and employment visa will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company, the IT Manager’s tasks will be, but not restricted to:
– Understand, Define & conduct the IT strategy of the company
-Define IT objectives and targets catered for the organization
-Tool administration: implementation and administration of emailing automation (email tracking, autopilot etc.)
-Implementation, Configuration and Hosting of Active Directory Domains
-Administration of AD users, computers, SSO and Group Policy Management
-Run email campaigns and Collection of Leads and results to management
-Regular Analysis & System Performance Reporting
-Conduct software licensing including Firewalls, Antiviruses and others
-Ensure full security of the data, systems, software
-Access Management
-Back-ups scheduling and execution
-Creation of IT processes and user guides for staff and end-users
-Company website administration (knowledge in WordPress or any other CMS would be advantageous)
-Disaster Recovery
-IT configuration of 40+ machines & devices (printers, laptops, Mac, PC’s, mobile phones etc.)
-IT support & Maintenance
-Implementation of a CRM
-Email automation set ups and
-Responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of the company
-Servers Management
-Email accounts & distribution lists management (creations, modifications and deletions)
-Benchmarking for IT hardware & Software, Cloud Servers, SaaS and CRM solutions available in the market.
-Procurement the most effective IT tools for the company
Pre-requisites:
The candidate must be possessing excellent English level (spoken, read, written perfectly).
A bachelor’s degree in IT (infrastructure, servers) ideally from an Engineering School
Knowledge of Office 360, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Drive, One Drive, Microsoft Servers, SharePoint, webservices, CMS tools is a must.
Candidate must be able to work with SME’s and has to be able to adapt to the rapid growth of the structure with the growing number of employees, accounts and equipment.
The perfect candidate must be flexible, team leader with the ability to transmit the knowledge and train people flawlessly.
Candidate must be very well-spoken with outstanding organization skills are key to the role with an immaculate attention to the details.
Proactive and reactive attitude. Ability to be very responsive
Age to be eligible: 21-35 years old
5-10 years’ experience is required. Background in construction or real estate is not necessary.
3 months trial period
A valid UAE Driving license with own car is a must
Holidays: 5 weeks / an (July -Aug, Eid breaks and Xmas)
