Package: SAR 15,000 – AED 18,000 / Month (depending on experience and profile)

About Our Client:

Our client is a fast-growing company in the fitness and wellness industry, committed to a data-driven approach to business growth and operational excellence. Our focus is on leveraging financial and operational insights to optimize performance, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making. As we expand, we are seeking an FP&A & Business Performance Analyst to drive financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

Position Summary:

We looking for a Finance Controller to strengthen our client’s finance department and ensure their reporting, systems, and controls evolve in line with their growth ambitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and ensure books are always in order.
  • Supervise the bookkeeping team and maintain full compliance with IFRS and ZATCA requirements.
  • Lead the upgrade and optimization of our accounting system (Odoo-based).
  • Act as the bridge between Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury, ensuring a seamless financial flow from operations to board reporting.
  • Support the CFO in consolidation, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Holds a CMA/CPA/ACCA and understands Saudi tax laws.
  • Speaks fluent English and preferably Arabic.
  • Has experience with membership-based business models and can dissect a P&L by service line.
  • Is tech-savvy, able to work with fitness management software and integrate it with accounting systems.
  • Can provide actionable insights to help the gym grow profitably, focusing on member retention and maximizing lifetime value.
