Reporting To: Managing Partner  

Start Date: ASAP  

Package: AED 28,000–30,000/month + Bonus (TBD)

 Role Overview  

As the Senior Relationship Manager (Team Leader), you will lead a team and serve as the primary liaison for UHNW clients. Your expertise in tax planning, wealth structuring, and compliance will drive tailored solutions while ensuring adherence to international regulations. You will report directly to the Managing Partner and play a key role in business development and client retention.  

 Key Responsibilities  

Client Relationship & Advisory  

– Act as the trusted advisor for UHNW clients, addressing complex financial needs.  

– Develop customized tax optimization, accounting, and asset management strategies.  

– Manage seamless onboarding, legal/tax filings (annual accounts, tax returns), and compliance (AML/KYC).  

– Coordinate with banks, notaries, and authorities for company incorporations and governance (board meetings, filings).  

 Team Leadership & Business Development  

– Lead, mentor, and train junior staff to meet productivity targets (weekly/monthly/annually).  

– Drive new business through networking and referrals; represent the firm at industry events.  

– Review client files, validate deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.  

 Compliance & Strategic Growth  

– Ensure compliance with Dubai/UAE and international regulations (CRS, FATCA, OECD).  

– Monitor tax/legal changes and advise clients proactively.  

– Collaborate with legal/tax teams to deliver integrated solutions.  

 Qualifications & Experience  

– 5+ years in private banking, family offices, or wealth management (focus on UHNWIS).  

– Expertise in cross-border tax planning, asset management, and wealth structuring.  

– Fluency in French (mandatory); additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German) a strong plus.  

– Degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA/STEP certification preferred.  

– Deep knowledge of Luxembourg/Dubai tax laws and international compliance frameworks.
