About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. role offers a
unique blend of traditional HR generalist duties with the added responsibility of overseeing talent
development initiatives.
Responsibilities as a HR Generalist:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding,
performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
UAE labor regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE)
Ensure compliance with all UAE employment laws and regulations.
Partner with managers to resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work
environment.
Provide HR support to all departments within the organization and partner with managers to
ensure employee KPIs are on track.
Talent & Performance Development
Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Develop and implement succession plans for key positions and partner with managers to set-
up performance reviews, taking necessary action based on outcomes.
Organize team-building activities and social events.
Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Identify and address diversity, equity, and inclusion concerns within the workplace.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum of 2 -6 years of experience in HR generalist role, with some exposure to talent development preferred.
Prior UAE experience
Strong understanding of UAE HR principles and practices.
Excellent C-suite communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in HR technology and learning management systems
Passion for employee development and creating a positive work environment.
