About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Brussels. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing financial transactions
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining accurate accounting records
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French is a plus
