Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Dubai Real Estate Market. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in selling off-plan and secondary market properties, including residential, commercial, and retail units. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve revenue goals for both off-plan and secondary market properties.
  3. Maintain a strong network of potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and clients, to ensure a steady flow of quality listings and sales opportunities.
  5. Stay updated with the latest market trends, property regulations, and competitor activities to provide accurate market insights and leverage competitive advantages.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  8. Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties.
  9. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the buyers and the company.
  10. Maintain accurate sales records, including client information, sales contracts, and payment schedules.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically within the Dubai Real Estate Market.
  2. Proven track record of success in selling off-plan and secondary market properties, including residential, commercial, and retail units.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and driving sales teams to achieve targets.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
  9. Valid real estate license from the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) is preferred.
