Job Description

Position: Sales & Business Development Manager – (Real Estate), Dubai, UAE

Salary: 25K – 30k AED / month + Commissions. Visa + Health Insurance will be covered by the company.

Requirements:

Our client is urgently looking to hire a full-time Sales & Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Prior experience with off plan and secondary market sales is a must. Preference to those working with high-worth individuals.

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our Real Estate company. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong

relationships with clients. This is a critical role in our client, as it will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and other sales and marketing initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and initiatives.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

 

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and business development.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

• Valid real estate license preferred.
